I am 20 years old and i can safely, embarrassingly say that i was never taught much about this subject.
I only realised this a couple of month ago when i was wearing my bra and had noticed the pain it was causing me.
So me being me i did my research .
Did you know that there are signs that you are wearing the wrong bra size or your just not wearing it right.
Such as the middle bit on your bra between your chest should be neither not touching your chest at all and neither too loose.
Your bra straps as well should be fastened to the correct height.
I know most women will know all of these things .
I am sure there is someone out there who doesnt so i found this video which shows you all the signs of a bad bra.
Check it out and then continue further down for some tips on buying a new bra.
May i just add , i am not in any way working with this company neither do i suggest they provide excellent service , its just a link i found.
Some of my tips are from personal experience ...
Everytime you buy a new bra ,always try it on and ask to get fitted.
Make sure you always have the must haves in your draw such as a strapless bra, tshirt bra or a bra that is flexible with its straps.
Buy matching underwear , its a must.
Try different companies see how you feel about them by trying out a bra.
Make sure they are good quality for longer lasting bra's.
The shape has to be comfortable with your chest.
And finally always wash them after you have purchased them from a store.
