DIY Body Scrub for thighs , bum and stomach.

So after high demand i write my 3rd post for today i decided to show you this quick , cheap and effective method to make those problems areas look good in an instant.

This is good for cellulite, dry skin , blood circulation problems and any wobbly bits that just dont look good.

You will need :
  • Coffee (any kind) 7 table spoons.
  • Brown sugar 7 table spoons.
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 5 table spoons
  • A glass jar with a lid

To start off with you need to find an old jar that was used maybe for storing jam or any other food , now if it smells of the food that was previously in it then get your jar put in some washing up liquid fill it to the top with water and leave it for 5 minutes. Then empty and dry...
This is also good because it gets rid of any bacteria that was in the jar before hand and makes everything fresh .

Next step is to get the coffee and put it in the jar.
The coffee can be any coffee you like im using here Greek Coffee (Ellinikos Kafes) , Nescafe is fine as well - as long as it has caffeine we dont mind ! If you do use Nescafe dont think you have to make the bits into a powder form leave them like that if anything it works as an exfoliator (even better). Caffeine helps make the blood pump around the body faster , it helps skin appear better and helps combat cellulite and fat.

Then we are going to add our sugar.
Sugar works as the exfoliant and obviously brown is much better for the skin than white . If you dont have brown then use white dont worry. It also polishes the skin.

Then add our pinch of salt .
This helps it not expire out of date as quickly.

Then our olive oil.
This helps pull the mixture together and also moisturizes our skin.

Place the lid on and if you want label the jar Coffee Scrub like i did . This will expire in 6 months time.
If you have any queries then let me know :)

  1. Welcome to GBB :) Έχω δει πάρα πολλά προιόντα σώματος/αδυνατίσματος να έχουν ως βασικό συστατικό τους τον καφέ! Απ'ότι φαίνεται έχει συστατικά που συσφίγγουν το δέρμα! Θα το δοκιμάσω οπωσδήποτε! Λατρεύω τα DYI γιατί είναι με υλικά που ξέρουμε και δεν έχουν τόσα χημικά! Εσύ έχεις δει καθόλου αποτέλεσμα;

    Φιλιά :)
